It has been an EXTREMELY busy few months. I’ve been trying to get as caught up as possible before the Holidays, but still so much left to do. I usually post an blog to bring everyone up to date ever so often, but I haven’t had a chance to. SO, I’m just going to spill my brain and get everything out NOW!

I will be “out of the office” Nov. 21 – Dec. 3 for the Holidays. I’ll start returning emails again on Dec. 3rd. I will be disconnected from email during this time, so please do not worry if you do not hear from me. I will be back to answering emails after the 3rd!! :)

I am currently scheduling for February and Spring for portrait sessions!! I do not have ANYTHING available before February.. and February-April is looking pretty slim. I have ONLY 2 days available in February, 2 days in March and 3 in April. That is ALL!! If you are wanting a Spring session (especially a Senior session) make SURE to get that on the books ASAP!

I have spots open for only 2 mini session dates at this time!!! be sure and check out the mini session page on the website to keep up to date on what is open.

Starting January 1, 2013, remaining balances for all mini sessions are due in full at least 1 week prior to the date of the mini session. In the past the remaining balance was due at the session. Unfortunately, I’ve had a couple of appointments not show up, so I’m having to change things around a bit. Mini session spots are always completely full by the dates, and there are always at least 3 or 4 more parents who wanted to get their kiddos in if there had been a spot left open. Since these are usually elaborate setups and sessions are always done in a consecutive day period, these are usually 1 time set ups that don’t happen again, so sadly they will have to miss out. Retainers are always non refundable, since time slots are usually held anywhere from 4-6 months ahead of time. I understand that emergencies or even scheduling conflicts arise that don’t allow you to attend, in which most cases, clients let me know and I’m able to refill their spot. However, I’ve had a couple that just weren’t able to make it, and didn’t contact me, so I’ve been left waiting for the client to arrive. So starting in 2013, all remaining balances will be due at least 1 week prior to the session date. This means you will be completely paid up at your session!! Since this will take effect January 1, 2013, the first sessions this will apply to are the Pinup Mama’s mini session! I will be emailing everyone 2 weeks prior to the sessions with directions, to serve as a reminder for your date and time and also to remind clients the remaining balance is due within 1 week from that time.
