Cards are ordered in units of 25 cards. (25, 50, 75, etc.)
Special rates are as follows:
REGULAR CARDS (NON FOIL PRESSED DESIGNS):
25 cards - $2.80/card
50-100 cards - $2.75/card
125-500 cards - $1.65/card
525-1000 cards - $1.50/card

State sales tax applies to all card orders.
Once you are ready to order your cards, email me with the following information:
1. Design # of the card of your choice OR the foil template name WITH foil color choice.
2. IMAGE NUMBER(S) of the images you wish to use from your session. (You can do this by viewing your images on your computer. Image numbers will be “IMG_??”) You may also screen shot the images and email them to me if this is easier! For foil pressed, you'll choose a BACK template from any of the "normal" card templates and 1 image to go on the front of the card alone. The foil pressed design will overlay over that image.
3. If you would like to change any of the wording on the card, and how you would like to list your names on the card- (last name only, or individual family member names.) Foil designs can not be changed as far as wording or placement. Wording on SOME of the card designs can not be changed as it is a graphic. Any of the calligraphy or more detailed wording, can not be changed. Most typed wording, can be.
If you are choosing a foil design, make sure you let me know the layout you would like for the BACK of the card. Find a design listed that includes a collage or photo placement that you would like to use for the BACK of your foil pressed cards. I CAN remove the graphics from that card and have it as a WHITE card (with pearl it will be irridecent and pearl colored) OR we can leave the graphics if you like!
I will prepare the PROOF and email it to you to approve. If any changes are needed, I will make the changes and then resend the proof. Each family is allowed one, change on the proof. If any additional changes are asked for beyond this point, there will be an additional design fee of $10 per change. Once the card is approved, you will be able to pay for your card order through PayPal (with a PayPal fee) or VENMO with no additional fee. Card orders must be paid for within 24 hours. No orders will be placed until the balance is paid in full. Once your cards arrive, I will email you to let you know when and where you may pick your cards up. Cards can also be mailed directly to you for a drop-ship fee of $12.00. You will need to specify that you need your cards mailed prior to the order being placed.
No MAJOR changes will be made on any cards– MINOR changes only. Some minor changes might include, changing colors of text, backgrounds or elements on the card, slightly changing wording up (without adding too much) and changing fonts.
There are SOME upgrades to the Christmas cards if you choose to add these at an additional cost.
-You can now add your return address to the envelopes for .30 per envelope! Envelopes will come preprinted with the the return address of your choice. Multiple fonts and placement options.
-Premium envelopes can be ordered with a couple different options. You can choose wither GOLD or SILVER "lined" envelopes (inside of envleope will be lined with the color of your choice OR you can order PEARL envelopes rather than the white envelopes it comes with. Cost is .25 per envelope.
If you would like to take advantage of any of the upgrades, you will need to let me know BEFORE your invoice is sent.
The deadline to order cards and take advantage of the special rates is: Thursday, December 12th.
